Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item/s to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Returned items need to be in the original condition and packaging, and must not have been mounted to a watch and visibly worn. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned goods.

Return postage is at the expense of the buyer. The order is being considered as refunded when the specific straps reach Watchstrapheaven headquarters. Please use a trackable shipping when returning an order to avoid any misunderstandings.

Returns are not accepted if a strap has marks of use or shows damage. Custom made straps are not eligible for a refund due to the specific nature of a custom made strap.
